We specialize in Weanling thru 3 year olds care with special diets and monthly evaluations of growth with in hand training and showing to breaking of the young horse. Black Feather Horse Rescue strives to improve the health and well-being of abused, injured and neglected horses. Established in 2004, BFHR is a non-profit organization that operates solely on donations as we do not have boarding and lessons. Katydid Farm offers quality instruction and training in a beautiful farm setting. We specialize in Hunters, Hunter Ponies and Equitation and show throughout the year at both local and A rated shows. Our farm has lots of beautiful grass turnout, two barns, and an extra large sand ring with fantastic footing. We specialize in teaching good horsemanship to all of our students.
