Established since 2007, Audrey is a graduate of the esteemed farrier program at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY. She studied under the tutelage of Michael Wildenstein one of the leading farriers in the industry. Audrey has a unique perspective on horse hoof care centering her beliefs on a whole body health and balance that starts with their hooves. While NOT a barefoot trimmer she is educated and experienced enough to be able to recognize the needs for each individual horse whether that be shoes or to be barefoot. She does not subscribe to "cure-all" extreme beliefs. She has extensive experience with lameness cases of varying levels, she's a glue on shoe specialist, and works exceptionally well with vets, trainers, and other colleagues. I offer quality barefoot hoof care services, with 13 years of hoof care experience and over 30 years of equine experience. Helping horses have happy heathy hooves! I specialize in corrective trimming of minis and donkeys suffering from founder, laminitis and other hoof distortions. I work with many rescues, and am kind and patience when working with nervous, scared and otherwise difficult equines.

I learned to ride a horse (Baby Bull) when I was four years old. I’ve been involved with horses and riding ever since. Growing up in a business-minded, competitive, disciplined, and artistic family helped me graduate at the top of my class from the Oklahoma State Horseshoeing School. But my equine education doesn’t stop there. I stay up to date as changes in Farrier service techniques are refined and improved by regularly attending seminars, lectures and conventions. In addition to instruction, occupational experience leads me to opportunities like working on what was once the tallest horse in the world (according to the Guinness Book of World Records), Remington, and the former AQHA world champion reining horse, Texas Kicker. I’ve worked on horses at top ranches in the country, including Stuart Ranch (ranked in the top 15 of horse ranches by Western Horseman magazine), the Jud Little Ranch and the Pieper Ranch. Of late, I had the opportunity to shoe for America’s Most Trusted Horseman, John Lyons, as well as, work/shoe extensively with Josh Lyons and the Lyons Legacy program.
