I am specialized in Natural Balance hoof science, Shod-to-barefoot transitions, and proper barefoot trimming techniques, with special consideration for senior horses and horses living in wet conditions.
I enjoy working with everything from miniature horses, to donkeys, to drafts.

Equine Wellness Services is a teamed approach to the health of the horse. We offer barefoot trimming, easyboot fitting and sales, diet balancing based off your hay through a hay analysis, and fecal egg counts. We transition horses from shod to barefoot, corrective trimming, hoof protection. Our clients are on a 4-6 week schedule whichever is best for the horse to keep them balanced.

We do corrective trimming, founder and white line recovery. We handle horses with patience ,and trim using techniques designed to keep your horse comfortable especially for older horses and horses with lameness issues.

Diet balance is created from a hay analysis of your hay. All hays are lacking in something, most are very imbalanced. Providing your horse with correct amounts of minerals tailored to that specific animal will help with overall health and soundness.

New protocol for deworming horses is to test first, then determine if that horse needs deworming. Most adult horses require once or twice a year deworming. We will pick up samples with a 10 sample minimum.
