Mountain Breeze Stables has been operating since 2003. We are located 6 miles west of Marietta Square in West Cobb, near the intersection of Barrett Parkway (East-West Connector) and Dallas Highway (U.S. 120). 4 miles from Kennesaw Mountain with 16 miles of trails.

We have 10 acres, divided into three distinct pastures. Individual turnout is not available. All fences are new RAMM Flex Fence. All areas of the property are fenced in with a Ghost automatic gate for security. We have 12x12 stalls with Stall Saver mats installed in 2020. We have an indoor wash rack with hot and cold water, a large round pen, and a lit riding arena with a new covered viewing deck. Dust control sprinklers are installed around the arena to reduce dust levels. The barn features a heated and air-conditioned tack room, complete with a bathroom.

We provide feed to maintain the proper weight of your horse. We currently have Triple Crown Senior Gold, Triple Crown Low Starch, Triple Crown rice bran, Triple Crown Balancer, alfalfa pellets, wheat bran, and beet pulp shreds. We provide Simplifly Feed-Thru Fly Control. We will add the supplements that you provide.

Full-time barn manager lives on-site. Outside trainers are welcome.

We offer only full board for $850 per month. We do not offer pasture or partial board. We do not need any additional help at this time.

Hello, and thank you for looking into Merrimac Farm! We are a private boarding facility nestled in the woods of Suwanee, GA. Our ten stall facility is rested on 10 beautiful acres, which is broken up into 7 spacious, green pastures. Along with that, we also have a 180' x 150' arena that is completely redone and with new footing. We provide a full jump course along with dressage letters. A round pen is also provided.

Our facility has first class care. Horses get fed with premium hay and grain, two times a day, along with round bales for the fall and winter months for outside. Supplements given upon request. Stalls are cleaned upwards to 4 times a day and well bedded. Water troughs and water buckets are thoroughly cleaned and scrubbed everyday. Blanketing is also included to owners specifications. Owners live on property so there is always someone watching.

Our air conditioned and heated tack room includes private lockers for each boarder, along with an updated restroom. Whole barn is well lighted along with ceiling fans in every stall for the hotter days. Fly spray system is also installed in the facility. Two wash racks are provided. Barn, stalls, and wash racks are kept immaculate. Mats are in all stalls.

Very quiet and peaceful atmosphere, along with a great location in the community. Hunter/Jumper and Dressage training is available, along with training for your horse if needed. We go to local and rated shows all year long, with all of our students placing high in the ribbons every time.
