Quarter Horse, chestnut mare, 14.3h, lilac is a super sweet mare, she is quiet and calm to be around, super smart, and is a nice calm ride. In the time I have owned her we have been Calf branding and working on a ranch running up and down trails all day long , we have been to cattle sortings where we did good, I just started bringing her to gaming and barrel races for her first time, we just started her on the pattern, we have done one ranch trail Novice show where we placed 2nd, you can rope off of her, she loads and hauls like a dream, is super sweet and calm for the farrier, utd on vaccines and dewormer, born in 2004, she will stand tied all day long, has no problems under saddle, she has a really nice trot and lope, plus she gets all collected. She's a nice mare to be around and anyone can ride her. If you're out riding and your puppy gets tired she has no problem with your dog jumping up on and off her, we've had babies ride her. We have rode into town on centennial trail to go get lunch, crossed huge bridges, will swim through rivers and cross creeks, she's used to dogs running under and all around her, she isn't spooky and won't take off with you, she will lead or follow on a trail depending what you want to do. She isn't a stubborn mare. She will be great for little kids to ride or for a junior rodeo, or for someone who just wants a nice calm ride out on a ranch. She will take kids anywhere if it's swimming in the river, running in fields, and doing trails, she can do it all.

This gelding is started and riding the way everyone wants! He is truly one of those colts that is always looking to please and wants a job! Even with only a short start on him, he has been used and seen the sights. He has been used in the feedlot to moves pens and work in the sale barn. He is going to be a big horse with all the shape and size anyone could ask for. At 2 years old he is already standing 14.3 hands with a lot of shape to him. He will ride in the arena, or outside of it with out a hitch. He can walk, trot, and lope circles all day long. He picks up both leads with ease, and has even been starting to learn how to ride with out a bridle!

He is very soft in the sides, and he wants to do cute little turn around. He is going to be a huge stopper! Lucky will have the looks and athleticism for any discipline that you could come up with. Start roping on him, run the barrels, or have the super gentle trail partner! He is one of the best minded, gentle 2 year olds I have had the opportunity to ride. I can’t really tell yet if he knows that he is a horse, or if he thinks dog when he meets you at the gate everyday.

She even has a nice trick up her sleeve, and she can meet you at the mounting block, She has lots of go and is ready to please you. She’s got the color, the looks, the build, and the mind. She’s ready to work long days and be your best friend. You could take this mare to the ranch or down the trail, and she will be happy doing either! She is an extremely smart mare and can be quick on her feet when needed, or go off on a loose rein down the road.

“Oliver” is an 8 year old AQHA gelding that is the kind everyone can find a use for in their barn.

He is GENTLE, broke, and safe. He has done a little bit of everything! This is the type of horse I get calls for weekly, and yet, I rarely ever have!

He rides inside the arena, out in the field, or down the road past traffic. The past few years he frequented at the Iowa State Fair with the FFA.
