Most people should receive their password reset email instantly and - if you have a mobile phone # associated with your account - we will also send you a text with the reset link. If you do not receive yours within 12 hours, please call support. We ask that you be patient; Sean has recently published an entirely new version of the website and we may be overwhelmed with support requests.
