I am so blessed to have a passion for my profession. Horses have been a big part of my life since I was a young boy.

I can remember whenever the farrier came by to shoe Grandpa’s Thoroughbreds and Arabians, I was awestruck as I watched him heat the iron in the coals and artfully affix them to the horses’ hooves. From then on, I was hooked!

I decided to pursue shoeing horses as my career because I enjoy being around them and have a desire to ensure they are performing at their best and maintaining optimum health.

I’ve had a thorough apprenticeship with 50-year veteran farrier Red St. Cyr.
