Michael is a graduate of the highly acclaimed Pacific Coast Horseshoeing School in Plymouth, CA and apprenticed with Farriers with over 30 years of experience. He specializes in all aspects of horseshoeing including corrective and therapeutic farrier work. The most enjoyable jobs for him are helping horses recover from lameness issues and shoeing trail riding horses. The added value of his farrier services is his ability to work with and handle horses. He constantly finds ways to make the horse feel comfortable during the shoeing process. No matter how many clients Michael has, he treats every one as if it's his only client. He has owned horses for over 30 years growing up on a horse ranch in the Santa Cruz Mountains. He lives with his wife and two daughters and his main hobby is riding and packing his horses and mules.
