Pam is a Licensed Parelli Instructor. Even though a good foundation will improve everything you do with your horse, most instructors specialize rather than teach foundation. My instruction focuses on you getting a good solid foundation for your horse. If you have an award winning barrel-racing horse but can't get him to load in the trailer, you have a foundation problem. The same issue applies if your horse has the perfect piaffe but can't stand for the farrier. Think about it, if you can gain your horse's trust and respect by building (not forcing) a good relationship FIRST, all other things like trailer loading and advanced riding will come much easier because your horse will try harder to work WITH you rather than AGAINST you. That's true partnership!
