Opening for 1 or 2 horses owned by a mature, committed owner. No leased horses. Boarders are allowed to have trainers visit for on-site lessons.

I have had, taken care of, shown my own horses or for others all my life. I am currently dedicating myself to the disciplines of Ranch Riding, Trail, Sorting, and a bit of western pleasure and equitation.

Full premium special care includes – Seasonal Blankets on & off. Fly Masks on & off. Fly Spray as needed. (Boarder supplies own blankets, etc.) Horses are turned out in the arena while cleaning during the rainy season. Stalls, shelters & paddocks cleaned 2x daily. Individual Dry lots and pastures are picked up once a month, weather permitting.

Forage is fed as agreed upon between the barn owner/manager and boarder, as per the horses' requirements. Horses basically have forage in front of them all day long. We grow and feed our own mixed perennial grass hay and fine-stemmed leafy alfalfa. 11'8" x 12'10" Grain Storage Room. Boarder to supply and bag their own grain/supplements.

12' x 12' stalls with 3/4" mats, ample straw or sawdust bedding included. Automatic waterers. Attached to stalls are 9'6" x 11'7" 3-sided shelters that are matted, and each stall has a 12' x 75' paddock with pea gravel footing. NO MUD! LED Lights in each stall and aisleway. Paddocks have Electric Wire and Post fencing.

60' x 120' enclosed indoor arena with windows and a large doorway for air circulation. Footing is mixed sand; arena has bright LED lighting. Groomed & watered regularly.

Matted cement aisleway throughout barn area.

Individual 50'x100' metal pole fencing in dry lots, or 1/2 acre to 1-acre pasture turn out, weather & safety permitting. Electric wire & post fencing.

75' x 240' outdoor riding area, weather permitting.

(2) 12'x12' Matted Grooming/Tack-up stall areas.
11'2" x 11'4" warm water wash area.

11'6" x 13'6" Heated/AC boarder only tack room with bridle hooks & saddle racks. Boarders can bring in their own tiered saddle stands.

Parking for a 2 - 3 horse trailer size only.

Barn hours are from 6 am to 9 pm. (unless showing)

Cost is $22.00 per day = $660 per month includes all of the above amenities and services.

Trails ~ Neighborhood Ride friendly, Close to Cape Horn Lewis & Clark Park /Columbia River, 30 min drive to Whipple, 40 min drive to Battle Ground.
