Private 5 acre farm 10 minutes from show grounds, 29 acres of well maintained trails, fully fenced with large center aisle fully matted barn, interlocking mats in stalls, 2 wash stalls, bathroom, laundry room, tack room, large sand arena with jumps and irrigation, trailer parking available, 7 paddocks, owner lives on property and has over 30 years experience on AA circuit caring for horses and ponies.

$600 a month for year round board includes dumping feed, cleaning stalls twice a day, scrubbing water buckets, daily turn out, grooming daily, blanket changes, baths as needed, hold for vet and farrier, you will be charged for feed, supplements, medications, shavings and hay as needed. Riding available at extra charge, clipping available at extra charge, lessons available at extra charge. Other packages available can include feed, hay and shavings.
