We always dreamed of owning our own ranch and having land for our horses to have green pastures they could run, buck, fart and graze on. Our dream came true in April 2019 when we purchased this property that had been a horse training facility in the past. We couldn’t believe our luck ... the property already had 24 horse stalls, round pen, tack room, wash racks and pastures. To top it off, 18 of the horse stalls are no-contact stalls meaning there is a 3ft - 5ft gap between them so they can’t hurt each other. Click on the website link below to go to our Facebook page and see more pictures of the facilities. Contact us directly through our Facebook Page or by the phone # listed below.
The last 2 months we’ve been renovating our home, making improvements to the property and working towards building our dream arena. We’re excited to host many horse events, including team roping, barrel racing, trail challenges, play days, gymkhanas, and more, in the near future.
We have 5 horses (Riley, Maddie, Pistol, Snap and Simon), and 2 dogs (Jackson and Isabel) of our own and we’re excited to welcome your horses to our family owned and operated boarding facility. We provide full-care boarding that includes feed, a 16 x 16 partially covered stall with misters, fresh shavings for your horses arrival, automatic waterers, pasture turnout, tack room and access to our newly built 250' x 170' riding arena.
We’re located in Litchfield Park, AZ, near the 303 and Northern. It’s a 5 minute drive or 10 minute horseback ride to Double T Ranch & Arena (formerly known as Dunn’s Arena), 30 minute drive to Buckeye Equestrian Center, 30 minute drive to Whittman and a 45 minute drive to Wickenburg, AZ, and Rancho Rio. Whether you’re a team roper, barrel racer or trail rider, there’s something for you nearby.
We require a Coggins Test no older than 6 months and a Health Certificate no older than 20 days from your arrival date. Sorry - NO EXCEPTIONS.
Background checks will be completed on all boarders prior to accepting your horse onto the property. This is to protect the safety and security of everyone.
