12' x 12' matted stall, 200' x 60' indoor arena, 13 & 1/2' wide rubber stable aisle way, hot/cold matted wash stall, separate matted grooming stall with radiant heat light and ceiling fans throughout.

Heated tack/observation room with refrigerator, microwave, storage, saddle racks, heated grain room and heated bathroom/utility room with optional laundry services.

24'x24' shelter in turnout with 12'x24' overhang and two 12'x12' stalls with rubber matting throughout. Heated automatic waterer, 5' four bar wood fencing with electric braid on top rail. Pasture is grass, clover and alfalfa.

Grooming, tack cleaning, farrier and vet services available.

No cribbers, wood chewers, up-to-date on inoculations and adherence to de-worm schedule a must.

Pasture board with indoor facility privileges considered.
