Medicine Horse Program is excited to announce our new Contemplative Riding Program. This new offering integrates a therapeutic approach to traditional horseback riding lessons, focusing on body awareness, breathing exercises, and mindfulness.

While learning a balanced dressage seat, clients will experience a gestalt approach to relationship building, bringing awareness to how one connects with the horse, with oneself, and with others.

Medicine Horse Program is home to some of the best schoolmasters and lesson horses in Colorado. From Grand Prix dressage schoolmasters, to beginner hunter ponies, to a giant Friesian, to our Reserve National Champion, Minuet, we have horses for every level and age of rider, kind horses who understand their job is to teach.
