Leslie Wylie has been a competitor in equestrian sport for nearly 20 years. She specializes in eventing but believes that sound fundamental riding principals are applicable to all disciplines. Her accomplishments include eventing through the Intermediate level, show-jumping through 1.20 meters and earning her USPC “H/A” rating. She has achieved wins and top finishes at the regional and national level, including the American Eventing Championships and USPC National Championships.

Leslie enjoys teaching and passing on the knowledge she continues to gain from her own coaches, which include four-star event rider Amy Barrington, two-time Olympian Julie Richards and FEI dressage rider Jim Koford.

Leslie’s own training methodology is based on a system of gymnastic exercises designed to develop the horse as a willing and capable athlete while preserving its natural expression. She welcomes any opportunity to help riders identify and achieve their goals, whether excelling in upper-level competition or simply creating a more harmonious relationship with his or her own horse.
