I just recently became and Open Show Judge as of Jan. 2011, so now I can even coach you to help you prepare your horse and you for your next show help you to understand just what the judges are looking for! Again, I have 30+ years experience in training, coaching and riding instruction to kids and/or adults. Mostly I teach folks to Learn HOW to ride, not just a style of riding. Learn to train and/or work with the so-called "difficult" horses so that when you visit that place in the mountains or on the coast or just a friend’s house and your mount acts up because a bunny jumped out of the bushes you'll instinctively know what to do. Learn to have fun with your mount. We are all about FUN, SAFETY, FUN, SAFETY and did we mention FUN?!?!? Also I can help you train and/or retrain your mount to suit YOU. Train you to get your mount started under saddle and get you well on your way to riding your own horse. You'll work your own horse and I will teach you how. Why should I train your horse when you'll be the one riding it right? I can teach you what you need to know to become your horse’s perfect partner and your horse to become your willing partner. You just have to have an open mind and the willingness to do the work involved, whether it be starting your horse or retraining it.
