A BIT ABOUT ME….

My husband and I relocated from the North Fork of Long Island, NY to North Carolina in 2006. I joined the Realty World Carolina Properties team having over 20 years experience as the principle of a land use consulting firm. I have worked for national home builders, developers, and attorneys, appearing before various town boards on their behalf to obtain subdivision and building approvals for the development of both small and large residential construction projects.

I am a lifelong horse person, and I own and operate Quiet Meadow Farm, a hunter/jumper farm, along with my husband, professional horse trainer Robert Savage. Shortly after relocating to North Carolina in 2006, I decided to work selling real estate rather than developing real estate.

The combination of my extensive experience with land use along with my strong work ethic, gives me the knowledge and ability to walk you through your transaction as easily as possible. My past experiences have given me the ability to get things done and to overcome adversity.

I am a member of RRAR, USEF, USHJA, NCHJA and I support charities such as Danny and Ron’s Dog Rescue, NY Horse Rescue, Heads Up! Therapeutic Riding, and Horse and Buddy Therapeutic Riding Program.

2012 was a great year. I was ranked in the top ten out of all Realty World Agents in the Southeast Region in 5 out of 12 months, with two months in the top spot. I was given an award for my high volume of sales, along with a special award called “Rising Star” which was given to me for my strong work ethic and increase in sales volume. I was awarded 2nd place Top Producing Agent for Total Commissions in the Southeast Region for Acreage Property Sales. This helped me to achieve the goal of qualifying for the Top Producers organization.

2013 was even better! I sold over 10.5 million in volume, and was awarded Realty World Carolina Properties Sales Person of the Year Award. At the Realty World Southeast Regional Awards Banquet I was given an award for high volume of sales, and was 2nd Place for Top Producing Agent for Total Commissions. I am a member of the Top Producers Organization for 2014 and I became a partner at Realty world Carolina Properties.
