Tom Lutton / Horse Farm Real Estate Agent in Ferndale, Washington

I have lived and worked in the whatcom County area for over 20 years. I have been a horse owner for the past 50 years and have been professionally involved in the equestrian business as owner of Peace Arch Equestrian Center since 1995. I have dedicated the past 15 years of my life to improving the quality of life of horses by providing education to horse owners. I have had extensive training in the equestrian field and am a certified trainer/instructor and farrier and have decided to take that experience and apply it to the real estate field.

Whether you have one horse as a hobby or are looking for a stable as a business opportunity I can help you find the best property value for your family and your horses at a price to fit your budget.

My philosophy is simply: To be the best I can be at whatever I do.

My mission statement: To provide my clients with the best service available whether selling or buying property.
