This horse is a very mellow, easy going guy, and a gent, most of the time. Once you understand this guy, he's pretty sweet. He's a bit of a loner in the herd. He causes no drama, and he stays away from it. He has good ground skills in hand. He's respectful of space, leads well, and loads well. He's good with handling his hooves with the farrier. He appreciates grooming and attention, and he's easy to be with.
He stands well for the farrier, bathes, and loads to a trailer. His ground manners allow him to walk, trot, back up and set up square in hand. he has been to one local open show and placed fourth in a 5 year old halter class. he is very expressive and attentive toward people and he enjoys being groomed. he is highly food motivated which helps with training. he is still a young horse who needs to take his time getting used to anything new. he has never shown any aggression or bossiness. he is good with children, other horses, donkeys, cats and dogs. he has been walked in hand with a saddle on and had no complaints.
