The stalls are 10’ x 12’ tounge and groove with steel frames. Each stall is rubber matted with a drain to simplify cleaning. All stalls contain a window allowing plenty of light and air movement.

Access to off-site trail riding is available to those who desire to get away from the arena setting.

The upstairs furnished living space can be added to the lease. It is an open and airy unique, European designed, furnished 2 bedroom/2 bathroom residence nested above the stalls and can be added to the lease for $1,500/month.

The furnished downstairs studio with bathroom, groom apartment/office can also be added to lease for $500/mo if desired.
