We offer natural horsemanship lessons to students of all ages. We start each student riding our smooth Paso Fino horses bareback on a long line to help the student find their balance and develop an independent seat. Then we teach our students to ask the horse to change gait by increasing or decreasing their energy, rather than kicking or pulling on the horse. After the horse will "go" and "slow" off the student's seat, we teach our students to ask the horse to change direction through their seat and body language, rather than pulling on the reins, first in the round pen and then in our arena. After these basics are learned we move on to our trail course and teach our students how to approach and successfully cross trail obstacles.
