Hello! My name is Tristian and I am a barefoot trimmer located in Central Wisconsin. I use the whole horse approach, using methods from Pete Ramey's studies as well as the AANHCP. I studied in person with Ida Hammer and have been an active member of the farrier community for a little over two years now; even taking some of my teachers clients under my belt.
In taking the whole horse approach I am not only able to assist in helping your horse reach their peak soundness, but also their peak mental and physical health as I am able to help study their body for any inconsistencies or imbalances that may need a nudge in a different direction. I strive to ensure that there is a very open line of communication between your horse, you, and me. As well as endless patience. I love to answer any questions and help educate where wanted by owners.
On top of offering barefoot trimming services I also offer craniosacral release work, massage therapy with a massaging gun, and dietary consultations for those equines with any nutritional needs. I am also working on continuing my education with kineosology tape, and am working on a hoof medication derived from all natural materials.
