Summer Camp begins July 11th- July 15th from 7 am-12 noon . Kings Victory Farms provides an excellent introduction to horse care, horseback riding lessons for beginners and intermediate riders. Surprise Arizona is home to King's Victory Farms. Riding Lesson Program Participants are given riding instruction for an hour and a half. The camp includes basic horse information, identification of riders skill level, review of the barn rules, an overview of our module program to track and develop the students riding ability, and of course riding time. The beginning riding program consists of three modules. Each of these modules have three lessons. Students must complete the necessary accomplishments that are provided in the student tracking guide. Students must complete each modules before progressing to the next. With the completion of each module student riding time as well as riding area and responsibilities will increase. Students successfully completing the beginning program will have a half hour graduation performance with friends and family. To advance to barrels and jumping, you must complete all three phase of our beginning program, and able to direct and handle horse to transition into each gait smoothly, gaits are walk, trot, and canter.

Michael ( my husband) and I have been taking folks on horseback camping trips for over 20 years , all over Montana, Utah, Idaho, and Arizona . All adventures are custom tailored to each trip , so the only people on the trip is your family , and your guides ( my husband Michael & I) We have everything you’ll need and we can take you out for just a day trip , or backwoods camp out for 1 night , or 2! Your child will learn Horsemanship, safety, riding (variety of activities and games), and husbandry care from our Professional Certified Horsemanship Instructor (CHA), and Certified Lesson Horses.
We are a volunteer based program and all funds for summer camp are directly utilized to purchase feed for the horses which keeps the program running, plus, your child’s camp fee is tax deductible.

Not only will the students learn how to ride but they will also learn all aspects of horsemanship including grooming, how to saddle, how to bridle, how to exercise horses and barn chores. Beyond horse care, other subjects taught are horse heath; barn management; learning horse breeds and colors; learning horse anatomy and other horse-related educational topics. Special events offer the kids opportunities to learn from guest experts such as farriers, veterinarians and trainers. During these sessions, the kids have the chance to interact with various specialists in the equine industry. We have a lot of fun activities always planned but safety is forefront and there is always supervision for all activities.
