Cedar Ridge Equines strives to offer a safe, educational and fun envioronment for all of our campers and horses. We offer beginner, intermediate and advanced horsemanship camps. We feel that it is very important that all our campers learn a variety of equestrian events and disciplines from English & Western equitation, to dressage & cowboy dressage, to trail riding competitive and recreationally to rodeo events such as barrels, poles, goat tying, and roping. We have quality camp horses avaialble although you are welcome to bring your own horse. All of our instrutors had an extensive background in horses and enjoy working with youth. Campers also work on journaling & equine related crafts throughout the week and we feel it is very important for campers to learn the importance of planning & goal setting. Conveniently located in San Diego, horsebound is proud to offer summer horseback riding day camp programs for kids ages 7 and up. We focus on the fun, joy and love of horses with safety being our top priority. Camps are from 9am to 1pm.

Pine Trails horse camp is a camp for kids ages 7 to 15 who really want to ride and learn about horses. We ride every morning, take a lunch break, and learn how to care for horses and all about them. Some afternoons we ride some more! We have several levels of camp from beginners to riders learning to compete. We learn everything from saddles and bridles, how to care for our equipment, first aid and, to bathe your horse, and conformation and how it affects what a horse can do. We even have an older CIT camp for experienced kids who want to learn about teaching and training. That camp is called counselor in training and it allows experienced students to not only improve their own skills, but to work with beginners and learn about providing a safe and fun experience for younger kids. Summer Horse Camp at Windwalker Ranch in Moorpark. Ages 6 or above. English or Western. Come join the fun at our Summer horse camp! We provide a safe environment for the beginner to advanced camper who wishes to learn about horses, riding and horsemanship inside and out. Campers ride three times daily, learn to groom, tack and untack horses, feed, clean and all the other in's and out's of horse ownership. A kid and family friendly ranch, Windwalker Ranch provides a relaxing, fun filled atmosphere for kids to truly enjoy horses in an uninhibited way.
Camp hours 9:30 to 4:30.
Fees: $300.00/wk $75.00/day. Fees are due at start of camp. $150.00 deposit required to reserve spots.

Having a CHA certified riding instructor with over 20 years of experience; wonderful, well-trained lesson horses and no more than 5 students in each group lesson! Epona Riding Academy offers Natural Horsemanship classes and English riding lessons for beginners through advanced including jumping and showing. We specialize in Hunters/Jumpers/Equitation with full training and horse care/boarding services available. The setting of a beautiful canyon in Sunland/Tujunga is the perfect place to advance under the careful instruction of the wonderful instructors at Epona Riding Academy. With a safety-first approach, students will learn all aspects of horsemanship in a fun and caring atmosphere, next door to La Crescenta/Montrose, La Canada and Glendale/Burbank.
