Join us this summer at Butterfly Dreams Farm for “Horse and Farm Camp!” Activities will include daily horseback riding lessons, spending time with and learning about farm animals like goats, sheep, rabbits, chickens, and more, fun games and activities, and arts and crafts. Both girls and boys are welcome.

Join us for 5 days of horse-filled fun! We take pride in offering a safe, educational camp that your child will love.

We are hosting 4 sessions this summer for 2015.

Session 1: June 8th-12th
Session 2: June 22nd-26th
Session 3: July 6th-10th
Session 4: July 20-24th

Each camp will run Monday-Friday from 9am-2pm.
It is recommended for children ages 6-14.
The price is $375 total for the week. If you register before May 1st, 2015 there is a discounted price of $350.

Each camp session will include:
Daily riding lessons
Daily horse education lessons
Daily crafts such as tye-dye, horse shoe painting, and treat making.

Updated 2018 camp dates: Horse Crazy (session 1) 6/11-6/15, Horse Crazy (session 2) 6/18-6/22, English & Western (session 1) 6/25-6/29, English & Western (session 2) 7/9-7/13, Jumping 7/16-7/20, Trail 7/23-7/27.

Camps will consist of instruction both on and off the horse taught using CHA guidelines for riding education. Our counselors are experienced instructors and know how to start their students with a strong foundation in basic horsemanship and safety while working with each student to reach their riding goals. Activities will include learning about all aspects of owning a horse as well as horse themed crafts and games. Each camp (with the exception of the Trail Riding Camp and Show Camp) will have a show on the last day of camp for the parents. Some camps have optional Saturday events that are an additional charge. Payment must be made in advance to secure your child's spot for the camp. We accept cash, checks, or credit cards (add 3.5% for cards). Campers can attend as many of the camps as their skill levels will allow. An activity release is required for all campers, but only one is needed no matter how many camps they attend. We offer two horse camps, divided by age and girls only at any level. Ages 8-12 one week in June and 12-16 one week in July. Only 8 campers max. This year we will be also offering an "away" camp for more experienced riders at Watson Mill Bridge State park -we will ride on the 18 miles of horse trails they offer and enjoy staying in rustic (but airconditioned) cabin along with lots of crafts and games and other fun.
