We offer self-care with full RV hook-ups for seasonal guests. We are a small, family owned facility. Our property is conveniently located near loop 303 and Northern.

Small, family owned barn located on the border of Gilbert, Queen Creek and Chandler Az. Private electric gate and 3 acres of pastures and amenities! Large covered stalls, arena, round pen, fans, misters, shavings & stalls cleaned daily.

Private property has 7 individually lighted stalls for lease. Two of them are birthing stalls. Lighted TAC room. 1 acre Turn out pasture available on a scheduled bases with other boarders. Near Guadalupe and Higley. Trails nearby. Self care.

Let me welcome you to my equestrian center located in Waddell, Arizona, just a short drive from Phoenix. We are easily accessible from the towns of Surprise, Litchfield Park, Goodyear and Peoria.Our covered stalls are 16'X16' with automatic waterers, fans and misters. The horses are fed twice daily with generous amounts of bermuda and alfalfa hays, proportioned according to your preference. The stalls are cleaned daily and liberal amounts of shavings are spread for bedding.

We also offer grass turnouts, 2 full dressage arenas including one that is covered, lit and with mirrors. The premises are cleaned and dragged daily.

We promise to provide to you the utmost in quality care for your horse. Here you will also find dressage enthusiasts at various levels of accomplishment on their journey in pursuit of knowledge and refinement of skills. What makes us stand out is the flexibility that we provide to our customers in our training and instructional programs. There are riders taking lessons 5 days a week while others participate in weekly lessons. Some of our clients have horses in training combined with dressage lessons. Whatever your situation, we will build a program that will meet the needs of both you and your horse.

We own a small but professional private facility at the base of the Superstition Mountains. We currently have 6 12x16 full covered stalls that we are looking to fill. We feed 2x daily and clean 1x daily and turn out 3x a week if you would like for no extra charge. We will feed any specials as long as they are provided. We are a family oriented boarding facility with over 60 stalls and a large lighted arena, smaller turn-out arena, 2 round pens, 2 wash racks, individual tack closets and an air conditioned rec room with wifi, fridge, microwave, snack & soda machines, billiards & foosball. Prices are $250-$350 for large covered stalls and some barn stalls with corrals. We feed up to 2 flakes of alfalfa twice daily and clean the stalls 6x per week. There are canal trails just off our property and we have a trail riding group of 6-10 ladies that trailer out every Friday to trails throughout the valley. We have a riding school and Special Olympics Equestrian team for volunteer and work exchange for board options as well.
