LOOKING TO MOVE YOUR HORSE TO A NEW BOARDING FACILITY? We are a laid-back, privately owned and managed horse boarding farm catering to retirement and pleasure riders - not open to the public. We focus on our mature adult boarders and their horses. We aren't a busy lesson barn, and only show the property by appointment if you aren’t currently a boarder (and you will love that private feeling once your horse is here). Beautiful, private facility built in 2014 with quality wood fencing, custom blend rubber/fiber/sand arena footing. Owned and operated by knowledgeable equestrian professionals, we understand how important it is to enjoy your time at the farm.

Harmony View is privately situated on 145 acres - conveniently located on the Patterson/Pawling borders of Putnam and Dutchess Counties. We provide horse boarding for mature owners looking for top of the line care and service with amenities including hot & cold wash stall, custom blend outdoor arena footing, all day turnout and beautifully cleared private trails in a no-drama facility. We are in an ideal location for people moving their horse from Westchester and offer a safe, private facility -- not open to the public so our boarders are comfortable knowing their horses aren't intermingled with outsiders.

The interior features a clean and bright barn with spacious 12x12 matted stalls and top-of-the-line LED lighting throughout, hot & cold wash stall, natural cross ventilation, huge Dutch windows in all stalls and a temperature controlled tack room.

The exterior features numerous large and small paddocks to allow for all day turnout, *145 acres of private, cleared trails for your enjoyment and our huge arena with custom footing.

Owned and operated by lifetime residents of the Hudson Valley, we are mature and knowledgeable horse people with more than 45 years combined experience. Owners live on-site and are hand's-on daily, and perform night check 365 days of the year.

We're located less than 5 miles from I-84 at Route 311 and just 1 mile over the Patterson border. It's a 5 minute drive from Carmel, Kent, Patterson or Brewster and short distance from neighboring Stormville, Holmes, Dover, Beekman, Poughquag, East Fishkill, Fishkill, -- a very easy drive from Westchester & Putnam.

Russell Ridge Ranch is located on 66 acres in quiet Spring Valley, 20 min east of River Falls. We are a family owned very small boarding facility with over 30 years expertise in veterinary & senior horse care. Our seniors are fed a hot senior mash 2-3 times daily and 24/7 free choice consistent quality hay grown here on our farm and tested. Extra attention is given to each horse and each gets individual grain rations and extra care. DEKO Ranch is a full service equestrian facility for all riding abilities. Our ranch is set up for team roping, cutting, barrel racing, reining, jumping and many other disciplines and welcomes all riding abilities. Multiple boarding and custom care options with a friendly atmosphere. Owner's live onsite and take meticulous care of the grounds and facilities. Barn Staff are onsite most of the day and will monitor you horses health and ensure your feed requirements are met.

We have many options to customize your horses care:

Property: DeKo Ranch consists of 45 acres with an additional 100 acres to explore. Box Elder Creek meanders through the property and runs all year. The creek provides a picturesque setting for our boarders and guests to enjoy nature and trail rides.

Outdoor Arena: 150 x 360 foot outdoor arena has a side alley and pens to accommodate cattle. The size of the arena allows for roping, reining, riding, barrel racing, cutting and more.

Round Pen: 50' Round Pen had deep footing and rubber kick walls. This is a great spot to work with a young horse or get some ground work done.

Indoor Arena: The indoor barn is 50 x 120 and has excellent footing. A dust palliative is added to make it enjoyable to ride year round.

Breezeway Barn: This extension off our indoor arena provides your horses with protection from the elements and a convenient location. Each of the 10 runs has a separate heated Nelson automatic waterer a heavy pipe fencing. 12 X 40 single horse runs

Outdoor Runs: We built these pens to last with heavy pipe fencing. Each pen has a heated Nelson automatic waterer and 12x12 sheltered area. Includes feeding twice daily and cleaning of pens as needed. Two horses will easily fit in these 30 x 50 runs.
