Horse Boarding

We have a Safe/Clean, Adults Only, facility here in Montgomery Texas.

We have Two areas for lease. One is a very large open pasture with trees for lucky gelding's to join with our 3 Senior boys, permitting that everyone gets along. It is about 6 acres with a natural pond.

The other area is about 2 acres more or less, separate from the rest our boys, but all can fully see each other. It can house at least 2 horses.
No Stallions are Ever Allowed on the property no exceptions! Depending on which area you want you horse or use to have use to that will determine the Price of Use.

Trails are available within riding distance off the property. Our Ranch has lots of trees for natural shade. When weather or staying out side is just not accommodating the use of a stall will be granted, however an additional Fee for use of the individual barn stall will be added to your monthly fee, per day per use, depending upon availability of course.

Although we do not have an arena. There is a large fenced area out doors of course from the rest of the other horses that can be used for specific workouts.

Mineral blocks or horse licks are kept next to the clean water troughs. The pasture area is large and very safe with white vinyl fencing which never gives any sprinters. It is not hot wired, so horses have to have good ground manners and not challenge the fencing.

To review, First and Last deposit required as well as proof of Negative Coggins, and your horse must be Up To Date on all Vaccinations, No Exceptions. Any Horse Vices need to be disclosed prior to Acceptance of your horse along with Ranch Mangers approval.

Our Vet is only a couple blocks away and can make a barn call when needed.

Worming recommendation for all pasture horses is recommended and usual given at the time of the farrier visit. Also any additional medications, supplements, or blanketing will be provided and Done by You.

Our primary focus is excellent horse care specializing in the care and feeding of thoroughbreds, Arabs and other "hot" breeds. New arrivals are carefully introduced to compatible pasture mates in one of many grass covered, Centaur fenced paddocks.

Custom diets are offered, featuring many grain choices. Horses are provided generous quantities of high quality, lab tested hay produced on our farm. When you're at work or away, you want to feel confident that your horse is safe and happy. Our experienced staff treat the horses as members of the family. Our farm has a 200' x 110' dressage arena which is rigorously maintained; a 50' round pen; a 2 acre grass riding field with jumps; 20 (12'X12') and 3 miles of groomed trails. Mountain Breeze Stables has been operating since 2003. We are located 6 miles west of Marietta Square in West Cobb, near the intersection of Barrett Parkway (East-West Connector) and Dallas Highway (U.S. 120). 4 miles from Kennesaw Mountain with 16 miles of trails.

We have 10 acres, divided into three distinct pastures. Individual turnout is not available. All fences are new RAMM Flex Fence. All areas of the property are fenced in with a Ghost automatic gate for security. We have 12x12 stalls with Stall Saver mats installed in 2020. We have an indoor wash rack with hot and cold water, a large round pen, and a lit riding arena with a new covered viewing deck. Sprinklers are installed around the arena to reduce dust levels. The barn features a heated and air-conditioned tack room, complete with a bathroom.

We provide feed to maintain the proper weight of your horse. We currently have Triple Crown Senior Gold, Triple Crown Low Starch, Triple Crown rice bran, Triple Crown Balancer, alfalfa pellets, wheat bran, and beet pulp shreds. We provide Simplifly Feed-Thru Fly Control. We will add the supplements that you provide.

Full-time barn manager lives on-site. Outside trainers are welcome.

We offer only full board for $850 per month. We do not offer pasture or partial board. We do not need any additional help at this time.
