Zfarmzstables is an 18 stall stable nestled on Eagle Creek out of Dry Ridge.
Perfectly suited for the person who desires a laid back peaceful barn experience and special care of their horses. We have trails on the premises as well as an outdoor arena and obstacle area by the creek within site of the eagle's nest.

EVADI Farm is a 95 acre multi-discipline facility located in beautiful Paris, Kentucky. The only HOME for your horse. Private turn-out and stall board. Just far enough into the country to enjoy the wide open spaces but only 16 miles from the Kentucky Horse Park and 17 miles from downtown Lexington and UK. Boarding at EVADI provides your horse with very experienced and dedicated on-site staff with outstanding horse care skills. Hours are 8 am to 8:30 pm with afterhours available on request. Services include our grain and your supplements twice daily and hay at least three times per day, blanketing and daily night check. Stalls are mucked several times each day, and daily turn-out in individual pastures with automatic waters and mineral blocks. Free trailer parking.
The front barn has 13 well ventilated and matted 12 x14 or 12x16 stalls with Dutch doors, fans, and lights. There are two tack stalls and a separate wash stall with hot and cold water; as well as heated feed, tack, and blanket rooms. The back barn that has many of the same amities as the front barn. It is an 18 stall barn with a 13 x 13½ stalls, tack stall, wash stall with hot and cold water, tack room, hay loft storage, and heated feed room with sink, refrigerator/freezer. Both barns have ample saddle racks, blanket bars, and bridle hooks for each horse and owner.
The 84 x 194 indoor arena is attached to the front barn by a covered breezeway and can be completely closed in to help keep the cold out during the winter and has large garage doors with windows along the sides that can be opened to let the cool breeze in during the summer. The indoor has lighting, sound system, and Atwood Equestrian Pinnacle footing. The outdoor with sand and fiber footing is 150' x 210’ and located adjacent to the indoor and has hunter jumps. Our horse boarding facility offers a lovely and peaceful environment for both you and your horse. We are a small gaited private facility. We offer 24 hour turnout on lovely grass pastures with small numbers of horses on each pasture. We have a beautifully sited outdoor full size dressage arena with all weather synthetic footing. We also have a lovely WE or Working Equitation course. The WE obstacle course is designed for anyone that would like to teach their horse how to navigate trails, a dressage test, or a jump course and uses classical principles to do so. It is an extremely effective way to build confidence for riders and horses. WE is a very old sport in Europe and quickly gaining popularity in the states. Besides being a challenge to horses and riders, it's just plain fun! We also have a 50' round pen and numerous trails both on and off the property so there is no need to trailer your horse every time a trail ride is desired. This property is part of the original Woodford Hunt and boasts lovely land for a ride around the beautiful hills of Woodford County. Our tack room features individual lockers to keep you tack clean and safe. Our tack room is also heated during the winter months.

The Owner/Trainer lives on the premises and has a clear view of every pasture from the residence, so you can be assured that your horse is safe and cared for by an experienced professional.
