Our Feed & Forage Program
We’re proud to offer Triple Crown Senior Gold — a high-fat, low NSC feed with EquiMix® for gut health. It’s a fantastic option for horses of all ages, including those with metabolic conditions.
Horses will also have free-choice access to timothy, alfalfa, or orchard grass hay, all baled by us to ensure quality and freshness.

Therapy Services
Boarders will have free access to our Theraplate with IR Solarium, along with twice-monthly sessions of the following:
• MagnaWave
• IR/Red Light Therapy Leg Wraps
• Kinesiology Taping
• Muscle-Building Stretching Sessions

Cedar Grove Farm is a western facility (all disciplines are welcome!) in Burgettstown, PA that offers boarding, lessons, on-site leases, and training. We specialize in rehabilitation, colt starting, gaming, and newly focused on ranch riding with plans on becoming more active in the western show circuit. We also have several amazing horses available for ON-SITE lease, so if you want to ride but don’t want the expense of owning a horse then this is for you! We have a ton of beautiful trails right on the property for the avid trail rider! With all that being said, our horses need to feel their best if they are going to perform at their best! Our facility is located in beautiful Berks County and offers a main barn on 40 acres. This barn has 11 rubber-matted stalls, a wash stall with heated water, a climate-controlled tack room, and a picnic area. Turnout offers a dry paddock and 9 large & small pastures. Ponies, gelding, and mares are turned out separately. There are automatic waterers in the pastures and stalls have heated buckets during the Winter season. Our sister barn #2 offers 10 acres with a 4-stall primitive bank barn. Our sister barn #3 offers extra-large rubber-matted stalls and a hot water wash stall. All on a private setting with separate mare & gelding turnout pastures. There is also a large heated & air-conditioned tack room.
We use Purina feed and offer diets geared to individual horse's needs. Pastures are groomed and, on a rotation, to provide good quality grass all season long.
There is an available small dressage ring, schooling paddock, large outdoor grass arena, and round pen for training and exercising.
Just a short horseback ride from the property you will find state game lands and the Horseshoe trail. There are a few wooded trails on the property for everyone to enjoy.
We have an instructor/trainer on site, but your trainer and instructor are welcome as is your vet & farrier.

This allows our trainers Abbie Gibson, Will Able, Shaun Sellers, to tap into each horses individual talent and tailor a program to each horse and rider. Whether you are seeking training for your horse, a lesson program, wanting to compete, or seeking a new horse.

We also offer a wellness plan to include proper nutrition to meet individual goals. Our Farrier service is very specific to the horses needs to the point of taking radiographs during the shoeing process. We offer Chiropractic services, Masterson Method Equine Massage as well as the Game Ready program. Last but certainly not least we offer a Energy Healing program to help the horse rider connection.

The facility offers 12x12 stalls, individual ceiling fans per stall for maximum airflow and window gives each horse a very comfortable home. The facility's floors are all covered in rubber and are heated throughout. We are equipped with 4 heated wash stalls, tack stall, 80 x 140 lit indoor arena as well as an attached 60x60 indoor round pen as well two outdoor sand arena . We have direct access to trails at Lake Redman (290 acres) & Lake Williams (220 acres) as well as a 60x40 meter arena.
Automatic waterers in each field. 7 stall barn with tack room and feed room.
Farrier is scheduled every 5-6 weeks or bring your own.

Candidate will be required to work two mornings and one evening shift *can be somewhat flexible with days/times* feed/stalls/turn in/out etc.. This farm has an extremely efficient method for chores and should take 1 person no longer than 2 hours in the AM and no longer than 1-1 & 1/2 hours in the PM. [We can be somewhat flexible with times]
Board will be $450 / Month due on the date of move-in each month. All hay, feed, stall and bedding included.
Supplements and additional bedding (if required) provided by owner. Certified Equine Sports Massage Therapist on staff as Assistant Barn Manager and Instructor. Tune-Ups and Exercise rides available for additional fee. Lessons are available at a reduced rate. Lessons cannot be earned. They are a paid service only.
Requirements are as Follows: * Physically capable of working in a farm/barn environment in all four seasons * Physically able to lift 50 lbs. * Must not be allergic to dust, hay, grasses, horse or goat hair * Must be comfortable around horses * Able to commit to your assigned days & shifts per week CONSISTENTLY & RELIABLY * Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation in all weather.

Maximum turn out time in one of our well maintained pastures.
Horses enjoy pasture time as much as possible. Horses enjoy time in their stalls during extreme heat, cold or extreme weather. We do not have a regular in / out seasonal rotation as we agree with many studies that support a more natural lifestyle for our equine friends to prevent / reduce stall vices, ulcers and the like.

Customized feeding regimen based on each horse's individual, nutritional needs.

Amenities Include: LED lighting in stalls, lighted indoor riding arena, direct access to indoor arena from the barn, lighted outdoor riding ring.
