Ti-Rod Ranch, is our home, a ranch, a BOARDING FACILITY, located in Pahrump, Nevada. Rod & I purchased the property in August 2018 to eventually be our retirement home. "5 Acres Self Care Horse boarding facility. 6 stall open barn w/attached tack rooms w/hitching post at each. Boarding Stalls are 15' x 26' half cover, w/auto water, water bucket, grain bucket, feed barrel w/mat. On front property 40' round pen & a 140' x 85' arena. On back property 2 16' x 16' stalls for overnight boarders, 50' round pen, & a 200' x 100' arena. 2 Acres cleared for riding with obstacles such as: gymkhana poles, barrels, logs, platforms, water pumps, etc., everything you need to work with your horse. (NO GRAZING FIELDS/NO PASTURES) We are with-in riding distant to BLM land or dry lake bed. Only a few miles to most horse trails. Over the hump to Red Rock or Blue Diamond trails in Las Vegas NV. We offer month to month, week to week, over night, or day stalling. Trailer parking available, without hook-ups at this time. We are located 60 minutes outside of Las Vegas NV in Pahrump NV. (Advertised as a self care facility but willing to negotiate other services) Also giving tours of facility if interested in boarding. 2 Horse Straight Load Trailer $50 a day or a 3 Horse Slant Load Trailer $100 a day available to rent. Stall Boarding Prices $150 a month, $125 a month w/6 month contract, $100 a month w/12 month contract.
