Welcome to Rainwater Farms boarding and training facility, located in Fresno, California. Our spacious 20-acre facility provides access to many local trails such as Woodward Park and the San Joaquin River, in addition to riding instruction for all ages and skill levels. Our professional trainers offer training services for a variety of disciplines including: saddleseat, western, driving, and hunter/jumper.

With years of experience in the show ring, and a commitment to both horse and rider, Rainwater Farms is certain to provide the care you and your horse deserve. The facility offers 6 riding arenas, 1/4; mile riding track, 2 round-pens, a trail course, multiple turn-out pens, access to riding trails, and a picnic area for riders and their family. Boarding options include: 12 x 12 box stalls w/ fly system, *NEW* 12 x 16 mare-motel w/ fly system, 12 x 12 mare-motel, and large outside pens with covered shelter.

Additionally, our facility is perfect for those who ride after work or in the evening because boarders are welcome to use our lighted round-pens and riding arenas. We offer twice-daily turnout, mask and blanket application, and feeding of owner-provided grain. Our facility features a clean and secure environment with numerous nearby trails for hauling out. The property also includes a beautiful round pen and a secure tack room. Stalls are cleaned twice daily.
Future plans include the installation of a refrigerator for storing cool beverages and an outdoor seating area where you can relax and enjoy the scenery. An arena is slated for construction next year.

At 8 Oaks Ranch, horses are kept in pastures in pairs, with run-in shelters, automatic waterers, salt mineral blocks, and shade trees. We feed generous amounts of quality orchard grass hay along with any supplements you provide. It's a quick 5-minute ride down our country lane to the beautiful trails along Folsom Lake, where you can ride for miles and miles on a variety of trails. We have a 175x100 arena with lights and sprinklers, a round pen, and a horse washing area.
