We have a Safe/Clean, Adults Only, facility here in Montgomery Texas.

We have Two areas for lease. One is a very large open pasture with trees for lucky gelding's to join with our 3 Senior boys, permitting that everyone gets along. It is about 6 acres with a natural pond.

The other area is about 2 acres more or less, separate from the rest our boys, but all can fully see each other. It can house at least 2 horses.
No Stallions are Ever Allowed on the property no exceptions! Depending on which area you want you horse or use to have use to that will determine the Price of Use.

Trails are available within riding distance off the property. Our Ranch has lots of trees for natural shade. When weather or staying out side is just not accommodating the use of a stall will be granted, however an additional Fee for use of the individual barn stall will be added to your monthly fee, per day per use, depending upon availability of course.

Although we do not have an arena. There is a large fenced area out doors of course from the rest of the other horses that can be used for specific workouts.

Mineral blocks or horse licks are kept next to the clean water troughs. The pasture area is large and very safe with white vinyl fencing which never gives any sprinters. It is not hot wired, so horses have to have good ground manners and not challenge the fencing.

To review, First and Last deposit required as well as proof of Negative Coggins, and your horse must be Up To Date on all Vaccinations, No Exceptions. Any Horse Vices need to be disclosed prior to Acceptance of your horse along with Ranch Mangers approval.

Our Vet is only a couple blocks away and can make a barn call when needed.

Worming recommendation for all pasture horses is recommended and usual given at the time of the farrier visit. Also any additional medications, supplements, or blanketing will be provided and Done by You.

SELFCARE ONLY – $250 monthly rent, a $200 non-refundable deposit; a very quiet / safe perfect place here in Rockwall, Texas. Our home is on the property. Rent is due at the 1st of each month. Current coggins needed.

NO STUDS! NO-SMOKING! NO DRINKING ALCOHOL! This is a perfect home for your horses / animals. They will be your full responsibility. This is a great place to call home! There are five stalls within the fully enclosed barn and three stalls in the second barn, a tack room with concrete floors and built in cabinet, counter top, saddle/blanket racks, halter and bridle racks, extra racks for lead lines etc. The property is crossed fenced with gates to sections off as needed.

This is a perfect place for your horse(s)/animals in beautiful Rockwall, Texas.

5 stalls in the first barn
5 stall in the second barn
Black top / gravel driveway
Four +acres for your horses to run around on.

We live here on the property at the front, and we are on a private road, no through traffic. It is very quiet, safe and a great place for your animals to live. We do not have specific hours set unless abused. You are welcome to visit/ride as you would like.

Mitchell's feed store within 15 minutes from our home, and Tractor Supply around 15 minutes away. There are many vets nearby. We have one wonderful barn cats "Picasso", we have chickens, one mini-mule "Donut", and four goats. These animal are will not be in your part of the pasture. There is a tack room in front barn, and the back barn has space in the shop area.

We have four pygmy goats (Lottie Da, Bluebonnet, Daisy and Gypsy).

Coggins needed, all animals will need to be de-wormed on a schedule and shot will need to be kept up to date while on property. If you decide that this is the perfect place for your horses/animals, the monthly payment is due on the first day of each month plus water and electricity will be divided as needed per animals. There is hay storage and storage for two trailers. You will need to sign a lease contract, first month’s rent will be due (prorate if moved in during initial month and a deposit of $200 (non-refundable) will be due. We have a great horse property with shade trees and a beautiful barn located near Leander/ Round Rock/Cedar Park across from the Williamson County Park. We have a wonderful facility, where we are all horse lovers and enjoy good company with no drama. We ride and show English, Hunter jumper, western and barrel racing. We have Horse Trainers on the property. We also offer Horse Lessons, Horse leasing, and horse camp.

WE ALSO LEASE HORSES

We have a lighted riding arena with a great sand base (even with a week of rain you can ride in it) automatic lights that come on at night and a 60+ foot round pen. We have a heated/cooled tack room with private tack lockers and a full bathroom/shower in the tack room. In addition, we have WIFI and cable for those times that you need connectivity, TV, microwave and a fridge on site to put your food and drinks in.

We have openings for stall or pasture board on our property. Our standard care includes feedings and lots of UNLIMITED coastal hay rounds in pastures and/or plenty or grazing pastures. There are also plenty of separate pastures, to rotate horses .Your horses won't starve on our property :)

We keep the horses out in the pastures when the weather is good. If the weather is bad, we will keep the horses in their stalls.(for stall boarders). We like to rotate the horses through the pastures with other horses to find the right fit so they are not kicked or beat up. We have several different pastures for your horses. Lots of shade trees and water on property plus shelters.

We also have lots of lights, a hot and cold wash rack.
We will blanket your horses when we blanket ours as long as the blankets are in proper functioning condition.
We will hold your horses for the farrier if you align with our schedule
We have room for a couple of bumper pull horse trailers ... first come first serve @ no extra charge.
If you provide wormer, we will worm your horses @ no extra charge.
ALL people that come on the property must sign our waiver.

We are good honest Christian people and we say what we do and do what we say. No drugs, no drinking, no smoking and no dogs can be brought to the property for your safety and the safety of the horses. Security camera's are on the property, you are on camera the minute you set foot on property.

BTW - if you have a friend that wants to ride with you, we have shared lease usage of our horses for $200 per month.-unlimited riding.

Feed (12% Protein/5%Fat) and Alfalfa flakes provided twice daily. Free choice Coastal Hay (square bales) is available all day. We follow Dr. Getty's recommendations on forage for optimum health.

We are 5 minutes from James Booth Cow Horses. There is quick access to I-20, HWY 1187 and I-35W. Easily serving Kennedale, Arlington, Mansfield, Ft. Worth, Burleson, Pantego.

We are too far south to serve Keller, Bedford, Watugua or North Tarrant County due to the freeway systems and traffic.

There are three (3) excellent veterinary providers within minutes of our barn.

Reliable, local Farrier.

Boarders are welcome to use any provider with whom they already contract. We do not restrict these relationships.

Horses without proof of current negative Coggins will not be admitted to the property.

We cannot accommodate Stallions, Pregnant Mares, Yearlings or Untrained horses. We handle the horses daily in group settings, they must be civilized to be here.
