We have a Safe/Clean, Adults Only, facility here in Montgomery Texas.

We have a very large open pasture with trees for one or two lucky gelding's to join with our 1 Senior alpha male, based upon everyone getting along. It is about 7 acres with a natural pond. Connects into the Barn. Your horse will be feed twice a day, and brought into the Barn and placed into his personal stall for protection of unruly weather. Barn Managers Discretion of course.

Trails are available within riding distance off the property. Our Ranch has lots of trees for natural shade and a swimming or wading pond for horses to cool down in. We do have troughs around the acres for fresh drinking water.

Although we do not have an arena. There is a large fenced area out doors separate but also connected with a gate entrance from the rest of the other horses that can be used for specific workouts.

Mineral blocks or horse licks are kept next to the clean water troughs. The pasture area is large and very safe with white vinyl fencing which never gives any sprinters. It is not hot wired, so horses have to have good ground manners and not challenge the fencing.

To review, You will be required to pay First and Last month rental deposit as well as share proof of Negative Coggins, and your horse must be Up To Date on all Vaccinations, No Exceptions. Any Horse Vices need to be disclosed prior to Acceptance of your horse. The contract can be broken with a 30 days notice and you will receive your deposit back providing your horse has not broken any fencing, pipes, faucets, stall or anything else. Should blanking be required you will need to provide a horse blanket and come out in morning and night and add it to your horse for comfort and remove it as needed.

Our Vet is only a couple blocks away and can make a barn call when needed.

Worming recommendation for all pasture horses is recommended and usual given at the time of the farrier visit. Our farrier charge is 70.00 per horse, that includes the ranch manager assistance cost for fetching and holding and returning your horse to the pasture once the job has been completed.
Also any additional medications, supplements, or blanketing will be provided and Done by You.
