Full service horse boarding located near Burleson, Tx with stall/run, pasture board, or can accommodate specific requests. We are a small family run farm who raise Arabian horses but welcome all breeds and disciplines, or just family horses. We have pasture to ride on, lighted round pen and covered arena. There is also plenty of room for trailer parking. Reasonable pricing.
This is a newly built barn with 10 foot overhang when horse is in run so access to shade or shelter. We also have sheds in all pastures. Barn family has no drama, and we have 3 farriers who come to farm, or bring your own. I have raised horses for 50 years and treat all our animals as if they are our own. Our boarders do trail rides in our area, as well as haul to nearby large areas to ride.
We also do overnight and short term rentals.

Small, Private Barn has limited space to board horses in a peaceful setting. Fort Worth and surrounding areas in Southern Tarrant and Johnson County.

Every horse has an assigned stall.

All day turn out for every horse unless under Veterinary order for stall rest.

Individual turn out or Group turn out choreographed by Stable Owner according to personalities. Dry lot and Pasture rotation.

Locked security gate provides limited access to the property. Owner lives on property to assure safety.

Your trailer parking is free, one trailer per boarder.

Full care $450.00/mo.

Feed (12% Protein/5%Fat) and Alfalfa flakes provided twice daily. Free choice Coastal Hay (square bales) is available all day. We follow Dr. Getty's recommendations on forage for optimum health.

We are 5 minutes from James Booth Cow Horses. There is quick access to I-20, HWY 1187 and I-35W. Easily serving Kennedale, Arlington, Mansfield, Ft. Worth, Burleson, Pantego.

We are too far south to serve Keller, Bedford, Watugua or North Tarrant County due to the freeway systems and traffic.

There are three (3) excellent veterinary providers within minutes of our barn.

Reliable, local Farrier.

Boarders are welcome to use any provider with whom they already contract. We do not restrict these relationships.

Horses without proof of current negative Coggins will not be admitted to the property.

We cannot accommodate Stallions, Pregnant Mares, Yearlings or Untrained horses. We handle the horses daily in group settings, they must be civilized to be here.

Benbrook Stables is one of the finest horse boarding facilities in North Texas. We feed only the highest quality grains and hays. Our grain is comprised of whole oats, barley, corn and oil. It is 9% protein, 6% fat and 6% fiber. It is all natural with no by products or processed by products. Our hay is the highest quality coastal from irrigated fields right here in Texas.

Our facilities include individual stalls with shavings, multiple safe pastures for daily turnout, a 110 x 330 lighted arena, a smaller lighted riding arena, two round pens, and over 30 miles of scenic trails around Lake Benbrook.

The riding trails are maintained by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and are designated horse trails. No motorized vehicles are allowed on the trails.

Brief history on this horse is I owned her from 4 months to two years old when I had to sell her due to a car accident. Just recently acquired her again at 4 years of age, sent her off to a trainer and has been there for the past two months. She has done great as far as learning the basics. While at the trainers she has been used for penning cattle, roping and basic trail riding. She has been exposed to all types of scenarios and is pretty much been desensitized. She has only been ridden western while at the trainer but was ridden English with the previous owner. He has also only used a hackamore on her, no bit. He has been working with her because she has demonstrated that she may be a cold back horse. Boarding and lessons.

Julie has been teaching horseback riding for over 25 years right here in Arlington, Texas to riders of every age and skill set. She has personally trained all of her horses, each of them tailored to meet the
needs of an advancing rider. Whether the student wishes to practice dressage, hunter jumper,
jumping, or just simply go for a trail ride, a well behaved and prepared horse is available. Julie's great breadth of experience with riders young and old has helped propel several of her students to decorated careers in their equestrian pursuits. Dressage being her personal passion, she has been training and competitive in the sport for over 35 years. Working with top level international trainers and having placed in third level dressage competitions, it is hard to imagine a more qualified instructor. Helping the rider become one with the horse and using your body to facilitate the movements are the core values she tries to instill in each of her students. Her services are available for lessons on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, and she also has ponies that work great for birthday parties.

All of her lessons are conducted onsite at her facility in Arlington, Texas. She has barrels, cones, jumps and lights (for night time riding during the summer) on 3 acres right in South Arlington near Stovall Park. The property is shaded, but not wooded enough to cause problems when riding. She also has a large barn with stalls and a wash rack for the horses.
