Lovely 80 acre horse facility including 2 show quality horse barns, indoor lighted arena, outdoor 80 X 100 lighted arena, full size 198 X 66 dressage arena, 1 acre jump field, 3 acre cross country eventing field with 43 obstacles and pasture / trail riding. Horses are limited to no more than 17 on the facility property ensuring the highest quality care. We provide exceptional show horse boarding as well as specialize in retirement horse boarding. Attention to detail and care provided to specific client needs. Diets of all types accommodated. Turn out pastures with trees and shelters from 1 acre to 8 acres in size. Barn includes hot and cold wash rack, tack room, tack up area, climate controlled restroom, wide cement barn isle, 12 x 12 pipe show barn stalls and more..... Board includes time out 7 days per week weather permitting with shelters and trees, it also includes feeding 2 times per day, visual checking 3 times per day, blanketing, special supplements, farrier handling, and vet handling at no extra charge. We are located right on the Aubrey/Pilot Point line, and have been here almost 20 years. On 30 plus acres is our state of the art facilities. Large covered idoor arena complete with Big Ass fans, large 200x300 outdoor arena under lights with viewing stand for shows. We have 4 different barns with different options for boarding. Each barn has its own tack room, wash racks with hot and cold water, and tack up areas. Our show barn boasts impressive 14x20 stalls, automatic waterers and fans.

Deluxe boarding facility in a park like setting. Huge oak trees surround the facility with an intoxicating canopy of green. KB Ranch is minutes away from Lake Ray Roberts state parks that provide miles of trails and camping.
The main barn is a concrete 44 stall facility, with huge windows and skylights. 12 x 12 stalls and 12X16 stalls in the main barn. The new show barn has 10 12X16 stalls and 7 10X12 stalls available. Pasture care is also available. All stalls are cleaned twice daily and fresh shavings are added twice a week to keep the stalls bedded deep. Barn aisles are swept morning and evening. We also blanket and un-blanket with the weather and timed lights available if you are hauling show horses. We feed only the best coastal hay, premium alfalfa, and oats crimped fresh daily. We will feed your personal feed or supplements at no extra cost if you supply them.
The covered arena is 125 x 225 (125x150 is covered), with sound and lights and new arena mirrors. We also have two outdoor arenas with excellent footing. The arenas are watered and worked every morning, 7 days a week. Jumps and trail course obstacles are available for use. All horses are turned out daily in either individual turnouts or small groups and a hot walker is available. We have western and dressage and jumping trainers available for lessons or horse training. . We are open 7 days a week, and only ask that our visitors leave by 10 p.m., so the barn can sleep. You are welcome as early as you wish in the morning. We feed at 6 a.m. and groom arena at 7 a.m
Owners live above the main barn so horses receive 24 hr care. We are lifelong horsemen, caring for your horse is not a hobby, it is our life.
