Second Wind Farm LLC is a fully equipped horse boarding facility located on 80+ acres in Thompsons Station, TN. We are located off 840 approximately 15 minutes south of Franklin, TN, 30 minutes south of Nashville, TN, and 30 minutes east of Murfreesboro. We have openings in our newly renovated 12 stall barn as well as our pastures.

Hathaway Hill is a full-service boarding and training facility specializing in Hunters, Jumpers, and Equitation. Located in Lebanon, Ohio, we are just 35 minutes from downtown Cincinnati and 25 minutes from The World Equestrian Center. Our barn and facilities are meticulously kept to ensure an enjoyable environment for both horse and rider. We have an indoor arena measuring 85' x 178' and an outdoor arena measuring 125' x 215'. We offer full-care board, as well as riding lessons, showing, sales, and leases. We attend both local and A-rated shows year-round. Our full-time staff works hard to provide a happy and healthy learning environment for both horse and rider.

I have owned horses my whole life. Bred my own studs, raised my own foals from my mares and trained reining horses for a living for a couple of years. The horses boarded here are treated like a member of the family with high quality care.
Pasture boarding fee, which is rough turn out with a group, is $175/month which includes hay, pasture grazing. Horses are able to go in or out of a large pen in the shed as they choose. Pasture is kept up and mowed regularly. Has quality mixture specifically for horse grazing.
Stall boarding in $375/month with agreed upon turn out. Stalls are approximately 15ftX15ft, are durable and safe. Stalls are bedded with Marth shavings and cleaned daily.
If you want 1/2 turnout and 1/2 stall it is $300 per month. Grain, supplements, etc. are supplied by owner per choice.

We are unique and boutique, which means you really won't find another place like Magic Meadows. We (Ryan and Rita) are creative professionals - we own a local production company and also create various mediums of personal art (music and video) for a living - but we also understand the importance of balance. The farm, the land, the horses...that is our hands-on passion. That is our break from the mental labor of bringing a new idea into the world, our calling to stop looking at a computer screen and forego the wonderful modern invention that is AC (haha). That is our outlet for sweat, digging holes, fixing fences, mowing grass... you know, the hard work that only really matters to the one physically doing it - the stuff that builds character. Evergreen Stables Equestrian Center in Scottsville offers stalls for full board at our beautiful naturally wooded property. We are a private quiet and peaceful facility. We live right on the property so your horse(s) are never left unseen for too long. We are never closed for boarders, holidays included.
Our full board includes a large, bright, airy, matted 11x11 box stall. The barn is lit with wonderfully bright LED lights. Stalls are fully cleaned daily and bedded with bagged shavings. We have a heated tack room for your equipment to store.
Personalized hay and grain is given three times a day to maintain the best healthy weight of each horse. There are no round bales, just good quality first and second cutting square bales. Supplements are also given at no extra charge. We use Smartpak for convenience, but feel free to make up your own supplements if you'd like.
Horses are turned out every day (weather permitting) with fly masks or blankets as the weather is needed.
You get full use of our facilities which include a large 72 x 120 CoverAll indoor arena with sand footing and led lights. It's not a standard dark indoor arena. This is a very bright wonderful covered arena that everyone enjoys riding in and does not need lights until it's dark outside.
There are a couple larger outdoor grass rings with several jumps to ride in the summer. Beautiful mowed trails are cut around our 20+ acres on a dead end street for extra riding experiences.
An outdoor wash stall for you to use.
Horses are turned out together into two different groups based on personalities (we have the introductions down to a science), and yes, the mares and geldings can get along well, but if they don't, that's ok too. We have lot of experience with older senior horses. We will work with you and your horse.
We have barn Farrier and vet so you don't have to worry about finding your own.
Your own chiropractors, massage therapists etc. of your choice are welcome at no extra charge unless you need me to hold your horse. We also have a massage therapist once a month for everyone in the barn.
Security cameras have been installed to help keep an eye on your horse while we are not at the barn.
As life time Rochester residents and horse owners we pride ourselves on the excellent care we provide to every horse at our stables. I pride myself on having an education specifically for the well-being of all horses. We have cared for horses for over 30 years, right on this property.
Lessons are not required but are available. All types of riders are welcome here. If you board and would like lessons, we can teach you in all styles.
