Corrals are cleaned daily; custom feeding is available; alfalfa/bermuda as you desire. Turn-outs? No problem...$30 for a half-hour includes rinse off. Grooming fee add per your direction as you wish per horse.

As much hay as your horse or you would like him/her to have,
Fans in temps above 80 degress
Your horse will be brushed (if you wish) everyday and feet picked out to prevent that nasty thrush and to monitor for other stuff that can occur.
24/7 monitoring of water and care-water buckets will be washed at least twice a week more in the summer outside buckets will be washed every other day to prevent scum
Use of the roundpen as well as the arena
Your horse may if you wish be turned out with other horses in a larger area so they can really move their legs out.
