Vantage Point Farm has been owned and operated in Colorado Springs since 1992 by its owner, Lenore Raff, who is a US Dressage Federation Bronze Medal winner. VPF has a track record of excellence in the care of our clients and we are small enough to ensure attention to detail and custom aspects of care.

VPF is situated on the edge of the Black Forest, just minutes NE of Colorado Springs. The Forest boasts a good network of well maintained, easily accessible trails.

Our facilities include a 72x140 indoor arena footed with sand and rubber, a regulation dressage arena outdoors and a jumping area. All stalls are 12x12 rubber matted, and all water to stalls and paddocks is heated/temperature controlled. All fencing is horse-safe and all pasture boarded horses have access to 3 sided shelters.

Full board includes 2 grain feeding/daily and hay. Owner provided feed, supplements or medications are fed at no additional cost. Stalls are cleaned daily. Paddocks and shelters are cleaned 2x weekly weather permitting. We now host 3 tiers of board to provide flexibility and affordability for more horse owners.

PreView Farm is a small equine facility perfectly situated between Longmont and Boulder. On any given day, you will see riders schooling dressage in the arena or crossing the dirt road to our neighbor’s cross-country course. The next day they may be doing groundwork or hooking up for a trail ride and over the weekend, they may be getting ready for a local show. But… what is a constant every single day… is the horses on the property are meticulously cared for… and we have a ton of fun.

We have a dressage Gold Medalist that comes weekly to train, but you are welcome to bring your own trainer.

The facility has stalls with runs and a large outdoor paddock with a shed. The three separate pastures are irrigated and ideal for turnout in groups or alone.

There is a 100 x 200 outdoor arena (set up for dressage or jumping), a hot/cold wash stall, and a mile long galloping track, miles of dirt roads for hacking, and a cross-country course across the street that boarders can negotiate to use.

Erin Ranch is a small 5 acre boarding facility with 8 12x12 indoor stalls and small indoor arena for riding in the cold months. Daily turnout is provided into larger runs with off the ground feeders and 70 gallon water tanks. Your horse will be fed twice a day which includes: Grass hay and 1 lb of grain daily. I will blanket if you wish on cold days. Area on site for free trailer parking. Tack room with wash bay and cross ties. Two small pastures for rotating turn out summer months (no garanee). We provide experienced custom horse care, premium certified weed-free hay, 12 x 12 stalls and loafing sheds with individual runs and pastures with daily turnout year-round (weather permitting). Outdoor large dressage arena (20m x 60m) with shredded rubber crumb footing, a few jumps, two-mile maintained trail around our beautiful 80-acre farm, and close to several Boulder County and City of Boulder open space trails. We are a semi-coop barn community (work down part board by doing an hour or two of barn chores a week). Board includes two flakes of our own beautiful Starlight Farm certified weed-free hay morning and evening, and we'll feed whatever else you'd like your horse to have. Full care horse boarding includes hay 3 times a day(more is the weather is cold and damp), custom feeding program, heated water in the winter, sand clear product, pen cleaning. Most people who come to look comment on the large pens and the friendly horses. There is lots of room to ride, obstacles to train on, and many turnout pastures.
