Quality hay (we buy hay annually so its not only good quality, but barn stored, and consistent). Ranch-Way Defiance brand low starch Grain included in board,Heated barns, Indoor wash racks with hot/cold water, Shared tack rooms, Indoor Arena- worked daily and watered regularly. Outdoor Arena- excellent sand footing, Round Pen, Trail Course, Stalls cleaned twice a day, Outdoor pens cleaned once a day, All indoor horses can be turned out every day (weather permitting). Blanketing included. Trailer parking included. We keep a close eye on the horses and do nightly barn checks! Training or lessons available on site with Bottoms Up Performance Horses or Five Star Equestrian. Pasture (limited seasonal availability) $150- you provide your own supplementary feed, or Pasture $200/month including hay when needed (seasonal).
