Magnolia Farm is now offering horse pasture boarding to the public, after ten years of caring for our own beloved horses for our summer camp program.

Our "Pasture Boarding Plus" is a unique offering for Milton, as it combines the affordability of pasture boarding with sheltered run-ins, plus some of the services offered with full-service barns, such as daily feeding, medicine administration, & more. We welcome all breeds, disciplines, riding levels, outside trainers & instructors.

We offer a gated equestrian facility; an oversized outdoor arena (~ 110' x 238’) with river sand footing; numerous lush grass fields and turnout paddocks, on over 7 picturesque acres. Facilities include a rustic barn with two tack rooms, ceiling fans, water, electricity, matted grooming and drying stalls, & exterior wash rack. Owner lives on premise.

We are a 60 acre family oriented farm. We do mostly western pleasure. Together we go to local shows to watch or compete at least a couple times a month. We also do some breeding, training, and trail riding among other activities. We are a small 3.5 acre farm hidden in the city of Tucker, GA currently offering boarding for two horses at a rate of $250 per month per horse. This would include hay, up to 3 daily feedings, access to an 80 x 200 ft arena, use of a two horse trailer, and tack space. We have a small pole barn, one main grazing/turnout field, and two smaller fields as well as a back pasture that can be used during the dryer months. Fellow animal companions include 4 goats, 4 ducks, 5 chickens, and two cats all of which are familiar with equines, however we do tend to keep the goats separate from the horses.

The primary persons caring for your horse would be two 17-year-olds who have been around horses for 10 years, fostered two horses for a year and a half, and who currently work with horses at a sanctuary in Snellville.

Yellow River park is 15 minutes away and offers many miles of quiet horse trails. A bit farther away is Conyers Horse Park which has trails that wind through and around their cross country and golf course.

When considering our property for your horse please keep in mind that a majority of our property is considered flood plain, so during the winter we do deal with a lot of mud. Our arena is also bare ground so it may not be a good fit for horses with tender feet.... See More
