Howdy! We offer Horse boarding, lessons, training at a smaller, professional, private, clean, friendly and family oriented facility. We start the training and lessons from the ground up. A strong, solid foundation is instilled in the horses and riders and then we progress forward from there. We specialize in training young horses or rehab older problem horses. General horsemanship to barrel racing to trail riding to advanced work. Western is our speciality with emphasis in proper form and cues. We provide basic to advanced english/Dressage riding. Most students haul in their horses, but a few in house horses are available for lessons. Each year we offer various clinics - horsemanship, foundation ground work, de spooking, obstacle course, barrel racing clinics, etc. Our boarders and students quickly become friends! Ardmore Farm is a full service boarding and training facility conveniently located on Route 20, approximately 3 miles west of Route 23 in Marengo.  We offer hunter/ jumper lessons from an ARIA certified riding instructor on your own horse or on one of our quality school horses. A western trainer is also available for lessons upon your request.At Ardmore Farm, we take pride in providing quality care for your horse. Inside board is available in 12 X 12 matted stalls and pasture board  is also offered for your horse that prefers to live outside. Hay is fed three times daily and horses are turned out and stalls are cleaned seven days a week. Just off of Rt. 47 in Elgin, we provide boarding in 20- 12x14 and larger matted stalls, 40+ acres of well kept grass pastures and limestone paddocks (with lean-to's) for daily turnout, hay 3 times a day and grain 2 times a day. Heated barn with connected 85 x 225 indoor arena for year-round lessons and a large outdoor arena. Cozy, heated viewing room; washer/dryer; clean bathroom; hot and cold water wash rack; 1 large heated tack room for boarders, and 2 smaller tack rooms for schooling equipment; gated entrance and paved driveway leading to large parking lot for cars and trailers.

Empire Equestrian Center is a 22 stall facility located 5 minutes from I90 and Route 20 in Marengo IL. We offer a full service boarding facility. 5 outdoor pastures, with turnout to suit your horses needs. We also offer full horse and rider Training in Balanced seat for most discipline, as well as individual circumstances or specific behaviors. We have a combined 30 years experience in the horse show arena as well as in basic care. Our on staff barn management team has had emergency vet care clinics as well as on the job training for many years.

Monthly board is $500. Invitation Stable provides full care, and individual turnout (weather permitting.) Dry lots. Quality hay and low starch grain 2xs daily. Please call or text to discuss your boarding needs and to set up a facility tour. We don't get your contact info so please call/text us.
Amenities include a large Indoor and a sizable outdoor arena, a working round pen, trot poles, cavalettis, cow flag, heated washroom, enclosed tack room and trailer parking. Groomed trails on property and within close proximity to several Forest Preserves.
We have great operating hours, especially for those outside a 9-5 job and open on Holidays. Outside trainers welcome with proof of insurance.
