Heated barn with connected 85 x 225 indoor arena for year-round lessons and a large outdoor arena. Cozy, heated viewing room; washer/dryer; clean bathroom; hot and cold water wash rack; 1 large heated tack room for boarders, and 2 smaller tack rooms for schooling equipment; gated entrance and paved driveway leading to large parking lot for cars and trailers.

Property adjacent to Cook County Forest preserve with miles and miles of trails. Must get along with other horses. I can only have 4 horses therefore it will never be over crowded.
