Tukaway Farm- A friendly Hunter/Jumper barn.

Just off of Rt. 47 in Elgin, we provide boarding in 20- 12x14 and larger matted stalls, 40+ acres of well kept grass pastures and limestone paddocks (with lean-to's) for daily turnout, hay 3 times a day and grain 2 times a day. Heated barn with connected 85 x 225 indoor arena for year-round lessons and a large outdoor arena. Cozy, heated viewing room; washer/dryer; clean bathroom; hot and cold water wash rack; 1 large heated tack room for boarders, and 2 smaller tack rooms for schooling equipment; gated entrance and paved driveway leading to large parking lot for cars and trailers.

Tukaway Farm offers private lessons for all skill levels and ages ranging from 3yrs and up on safe lesson horses. We compete in schooling shows, PTS, NIHJA, and "A" circuit. Practice rides, half-leases, and full-leases available. Horses for sale.

Monthly board is $520. Invitation Stable provides full care, and individual turnout (weather permitting.) Dry lots. Quality hay and low starch grain 2xs daily. Please call or text to discuss your boarding needs and to set up a facility tour. We don't get your contact info so please call/text us.
Amenities include a large Indoor and a sizable outdoor arena, a working round pen, trot poles, cavalettis, cow flag, heated washroom, enclosed tack room and trailer parking. Groomed trails on property and within close proximity to several Forest Preserves.
We have great operating hours, especially for those outside a 9-5 job and open on Holidays. Outside trainers welcome with proof of insurance.
Invitation Stables has a trainer come in for weekly lessons and a natural horsemanship trainer that comes in monthly. You can bring your own farrier and vet. Owner lives on premise. Invitation Stable employee lives on premise, and provides nightly security, health and water checks.

We are a full or partial service, informal training facility offering training/boarding for hunter/jumper, equitation, and pleasure riders. We host clinics, attend schooling shows and recognized horse shows throughout the year. We feature indoor and outdoor arenas, a large outdoor jumping area, plus a standard-sized dressage arena. Indoor arena has a climate-controlled observation room. Our facility is clean and well-maintained with experienced and friendly instructors. It features bright and airy stalls (16'x16') with attached paddock (50'X16'). Because the farm is a home as well as a business, the horses and barns are never left unattended at night.
