At Rocking L Equine, we pride ourselves on providing a premier environment for horses and riders alike. Our facility is designed with the utmost care and attention to detail, ensuring a comfortable and safe experience for both rider and horse .

We are a horse boarding facility with 13 stalls. All stalls are 12x12, with mats, heated water buckets and heated stall barn. We feed hay 3 times a day and grain twice a day. Horses have individual, all season (weather permitting) turnout and also pastures (weather permitting). We turn out 7 days a week and clean stalls 7 days also. The indoor arena is 81’x128’, we just finished our heated viewing room and will be building a 100’x225’ outdoor arena during spring/summer of 2020. BrighterDaze Farm is the trail riders' paradise. There are miles of trails covering more than 400 acres of land that wind through the forest, hay meadows, creeks, and ravines. There is an abundance of wildlife to enjoy, like deer, owls, blue heron, and much more.
Located in Newark, IL, just off Rt.71 (10 min from Yorkville, 30 min from Plainfield) our heated barns offer either 10'x12' or 10'x14' stalls with the option of using a common tack room or a private tack room. All boarders have access to the 126'x60' heated arena, wash rack with hot water, outdoor round pen, and of course the trails. The lounge is complete with kitchen, TV, and fireplace!
Care taker resides on premises. We take pride in providing quality care and understanding your horse as an individual. Horses are turned out on spacious grass pastures every day. Each pasture has a shelter and automatic waters’. We provide bedding, grain, (safe choice) and hay (grown on the farm). We are a family owned and operated farm in Lockport, IL with 20 horse stalls on 40 acres. We have been running a boarding barn for about 15 years and have loved every minute of the experience. We have some of our own horses on the property and strive to treat every horse on the property like they are ours. Our mission is to provide a calm and comfortable environment for the safety and comfort of you and your horse everyday. We have aimed to build and run a barn that is targeted at the best care for your horse in the area. 

We provide care for all types of horses. We have horses on the property that range from the ages of 3 years old to over 30 years old, so there is no horse that will not fit into the barn. We also allow for any level or discipline rider as well and love to watch people grow with their horses. 

We live on the property and have security cameras watching the property 24/7 to allow for the upmost safety while on the property. We are always a phone call away if any assistance or questions are needed.
