EdgeBrook is a small, personal farm on 11 rolling acres right outside of Folsom, Louisiana. We offer full stall board & pasture board, as well as hunter/jumper riding lessons. Owner/Operator/Trainer Megan Burgess has been riding and working with horses for over 15 years & has a minor in Animal Science from LSU. We have a 6 stall barn with stalls from 10x12 to 10x20, climate controlled tack room & feed room. We just opened in Fall of 2011 and are continually improving our facilities! Boarding includes feeding 2x daily, hay 2x daily, watering 2x daily, turn out, daily grooming, fans, blanketing, holding for vet & ferrier, & medicating. We strive to pamper our horses. Meadow Creek Farm in business for over 21 yrs. is located in Covington, Louisiana on 33 acres. We are a full service boarding facility,stall or pasture board. Stall boarders horses are turned out daily. The barn includes six 12X12 stalls with numerous turn out pastures, ranging in size from 1/4 acre to over 10 acres. Having numerous pastures allows your horse to either be by himself or with only one other horse. Not put in a group of horses.Our pasture have amble grass and are not overgrazed. Riding ring, lunge ring, tack room,feed room and indoor wash area with hot and cold water. Meadow Creek Farm is located three miles from a large equine veterinarian facility and a vet is always available on a moments notice. We offer 50 acres of fenced and cross fenced pasture to board your horse short term or long term. We have a seven stall barn with a large, sandy round pen. We work with military families relocating to the Fort Polk area.
