AOPF Stables is a fabulous 82 acres full service boarding and training facility. The farm has facilities for everything from starting colts to developing advanced high level horses: round pen, indoor and 2 outdoor arenas for flat work and jumping, a cross country course including a water complex and even 12 acres of woods for trail riding, and access to miles of trails in the beautiful Greenspring Valley hunt country.
We grow and bale our own hay, both for round bales in winter and everyday feed square bales.
Our large paddocks turn out, accommodate 4-5 horses and provide ample grass for them to graze on. We place pride in favoring herd turn out, for as many hours as weather and seasons permit.
We offer full care stall board, limited field board and self care situation.

Chestnut Valley Farm is a 91 acre horse farm located in beautiful Upperco, MD. The farm is under new ownership and new barn management and is currently available for boarding. Small, private setting with a large jump field and acres of natural and man-made cross country jumps and trails. Barn management lives on site.

Hunter Ridge is located at the beautiful Bridgefield Farm in Davidsonville, MD . We are a mere 10 to12 minute drive from Annapolis and Bowie, however a majority of our clients are from DC and Alexandria. We are mostly an adult barn that specializes in adults that previously rode and are looking to get started again. We offer lessons on our school horses and also have multiple horses available for partial and full leases.

As you drive into our gated entrance, you will see beautiful grass fields all around you. This scenic property also includes two lovely ponds. The gorgeous wood beam barn features an expansive vaulted ceiling with with dormer windows that bring in lots of natural light. The 12x12 matted stalls all have huge picture windows and are equipped with permanent fans. There is a roomy 16 ft paved aisle that has amazing cross breezes.

For the boarder, there are 3 matted grooming rooms with a vacuum, fans and a heater. Boarders also have a lovely locker all to themselves, it has a sliding saddle rack and bridle racks installed for you. Our tackroom has thoughtful amenties such as a refrigerator, microwave and a fully stocked Keurig. Also for you convenience there is a washing maching and a custom drying rack. Our boarders love the indoor restroom! There is a large indoor washrack with hot and cold water.

We have a number of places to ride, there is the enormous well lite outdoor ring. This ring has amazing footing and drainage. The lighting is fantastic! There is a full course of jumps set up at all times. In addition to the outdoor, we have a newly built indoor ring. It is 80x184 with the same great footing. There are 14 huge sliding windows to get great ventilation in the summer. With 33 lights, there are no dark spooky corners in this indoor! If your horse needs to do some ground work, we also have a well footed round pen available for use.
If you enjoy riding out of the ring, there is a very nice flat grass area that you can hack on, you can also ride around the perimeter of the 100 acre farm for a change of scenery!

Our horses enjoy fantastic turnout, the fields have tons of grass and new 3 board fencing. In the winter round bales are put out. All of the fields feature frost free automatic waterers. There are a couple of private paddocks available at an additional fee. If ever needed, we also have a small medical paddock for rehabbing.

Many of our boarders enjoy showing. We attend the BEST series of shows and also attend many others such as McDonogh, Country Hill, Lochmoy, Culpeper, Swan Lake, Halcyon and Heritage Acres. We have quite a few TBs in our barn, so we also attend some of the Tb Alliance Series.

Our Full care boarding is $875 / month and is all inclusive, it even includes one weekly lesson!! Included is: 2x daily grain and hay, daily 12 hour turnout, blanketing and unblanketing as needed, fans in the summer, holding for the farrier and vet. Feeding of supplements ( you provide). Field board has the same services and is priced at $675. Field board is only open to non cribbing geldings.

Forest View Farms, LLC (FVF) is a peaceful, mid-sized farm located in Harford County, convenient to Baltimore County and City. We currently have two (2) spots open for full care stall board. Our facilities have much to offer, including a fully enclosed 100 x 200 lighted indoor riding arena with dust free sand/rubber footing, a 150 x 80 outdoor riding ring, large matted box stalls, a heated tack room, a wash stall with both hot and cold water, all board fencing, and miles of surrounding trails. We provide attentive and individualized care for your horses doing our best to provide them with the best possible home. We have a full time barn manager, and an ARIA licensed manager who lives only minutes from the premises.

FVF provides full care stall board for only $450 a month and we include all of the following: twice daily feedings of quality hay and grain (including any supplements you provide), daily turn out, blanket changes, fly mask changes/ spraying, regular de-worming, holding for the vet/farrier/dentist, minor wound care, and salt blocks in every stall. Owner provided suppliments, heated buckets and fans are no additional monthly fee. We treat all of our fields with fly predators (seasonally), and have our waste bin emptied regularly. We offer individualized turn out, small paddocks, and larger pastures to meet each horses needs. Our large, clean 12x12 stalls are constructed of board slats (no concrete or cinder blocks), each have rubber mats as flooring, and are bedded with sawdust. Each stall has an operational light and electric outlet, and our heated tack room has a small fridge and a utility sink. Our expansive indoor arena is attached directly to the barn so there is no need to have to go outside in poor weather. We have cavaletti, jumps, ground poles, barrels, and lunging equipment on-site and avaialable for your use.

FVF also employs highly knowledgeable local trainers specializing in starting young horses and training trail, gaming, lower level hunter/jumper, and some western disciplines. We offer training at monthly rates starting at just $700 a month. This price includes full care stall board, and would provide your horse with regular exercise through a training schedule specialized to their specific needs. In addition we offer riding instructor for ages 6 - adult from beginners through advanced riders. We provide quiet, reliable, talented lesson mounts for our students, or can also accomodate trailer in lessons.
