Little Brook Farm offers full board with all day turnout for everyone, in small compatible groups. Most outdoor paddocks have sheds or run-in shelters and are equipped with frost free Mirafount waterers which eliminates algae for clean fresh water year round. All paddocks have split rail fencing with electric tape or wire. There may be an opportunity to go out in one of our grass fields, weather permitting. High quality grain and hay fed twice daily along with your supplements.

We offer outdoor boarding with shelters for horses that prefer to live outside, or we also have matted indoor stalls with windows for those that prefer to come in at night.

We are a full service eventing and dressage facility, boasting 60 beautiful acres and excellent individual based horse care! Course Brook Farm also welcomes equestrians and equines of all ages, experience levels, and disciplines.

**Half board is offered as a unique opportunity only for horses eligible for our half lease / lesson program.

Board includes stall cleaning, adequate bedding and fresh water daily, all day individual or group turnout, hay 6 times per day, grain up to 3 times per day, night checks, and blanket changes as necessary. Our boarders also enjoy amenities such as a heated bathroom and tack rooms, several outdoor rings, a large indoor with viewing room, USEA sanctioned cross country course, and access to miles of conservation trails right from the property. Our family farm is located on 40 acres in North Upton Massachusetts. The property directly abuts the 3000 acre Upton State Forest, which connects to the Stefans Farm Conservation area, the Warren Brook Conservation are and the Grafton Land Trust’;s Pell Farm. The farm can house up to 18 horses with 13 residing at the main barn and up to 5 stabled at the small barn. We have 10 cleared acres of grass and dirt paddocks with the remaining 30 acres woodlands and trails. There are two farm ponds suitable for swimming horses in warm weather. Our large sand riding ring has new lights for night time riding. The center aisle barns are bright and airy with skylights and ceiling fans.
