We have inside and outside boarding. Included is use of outdoor arena, indoor (80x120) arena and round pen. We are a small barn located in berrien county! Both of our main care takers live on-site 24/7. We have large spacious stalls with personal run outs through Dutch doors! Both care takers have been around and handling horses their whole lives. We are located 10 minutes away from the Berrien County fair grounds! We are open to working with outside trainers for our boarders. We have a large indoor arena, cross ties, beautiful trails, jump set ups, barrels, trot poles, a seasonal cross country course, tack room space, a wash stall, and two ponds to view on the trails. We provide hay that is freshly cut each season on the property, we provide basic grain and owners can bring their own, we are a partial care facility but full care is an ad on. We are a small private Barn with only 18 stalls. Barn has radiant in floor heat through out kept at 50-55 all winter, makes for easy grooming and spending quality time with your horse. 10X12 stalls are wall to wall matted with heavy ¾ inch rubber mats. Stalls are plywood lined (no edges) for your horses’ safety. Each stall has its own automatic water, Permanently mounted shedding light wired to a central timer if needed. Overhead fan controlled by a thermostat that turns on/off automatically. Heated tack room with security code for each boarder. Security cameras through out entire facility to ensure the utmost in safety. Heated wash rack with large drain and hot and cold water. Laundry with washer, dryer and laundry tub for sheets leg wraps etc. Heated bathroom. Large 72 X 140 indoor arena. Arena has 6 foot of clear panel on each side for lots of natural light. 60 foot round pen. Individual turnouts each with automatic water. Horses do not go out together in the same paddock for safety. Turnouts based on weather and footing but generally 4 to 8 hours per day. Super clean facility. We also offer rehabilitation for injuries with a very controlled environment and elderly horse care.
