Rockin R Equestrian Center is Columbia's newest premier boarding and riding facility. Situated on 13 beautiful acres, our care and compassion stands out above the rest. We offer 8 full care stalls, with daily turn out, for monthly boarding. Horses have twice daily care, customized feed program, fly control including feed through simplifly, fly spray, fly masking,, winter blanketing and un blanketing. Our facilities are located two miles north of Hallsville, MO, only twelve miles from Columbia, MO, on 37 acres with pasture and several paddocks. The barn features 14 12x12 stalls and we provide full-care services, which include feed two times daily of high quality grain and hay, watering, and stalls cleaned 6 days per week. Barn members show regional and AQHA shows.

The newly constructed barn offers 12x12 stalls with built with ventilation and dryness in the design.
The flooring has a 4” base of crushed limestone covered with stall skins. They host bars and 3 sides so the horses can safely socialize and still have excellent airflow. Each stall is also equipped with a dutch door, that leads to a covered lean too and an individual run.
Stalls are cleaned daily and each stall has a fan (they love their fans!)


Nutrition: Research shows that a feeding continuous hay/grass is the best option for prevention of ulcers. In addition, riding on an empty stomach is detrimental to our horses.
We feed each horse 30 to 50 pounds (depending on size and weight needs) of quality grass hay in 4 feedings a day. They have 2 hours a day on fertilized, limed, mowed and weed free pastures. In the evening each horse is given mega cell- a vitamin designed for the horse on a hay/grass diet, as well as any supplements, feed, and meds that the owner provides.... See More
