Tica Acres provides a tranquil environment for horse owners to enjoy their animals without distraction of lessons, barn drama, or other present day distractions from the peace horse ownership can bring. The farm has large grass pastures with lots of shade as well as an old fashioned style barn to create the most genuine feel while at the farm. The barn is well insulated and stays very warm in winter as well as cool in the summer time! Tica Acres has a simple outdoor arena as well as lots of trails for riders enjoyment. The farm also has a heated and cooled tack room / lounge as well as a bathroom, sink, etc. Tica acres is currently home to some retired horses as well as a few rough boarders who can feel as though they have a little piece of heaven to call their own duplicating the feeling of their own farm.
